Children on Sunday

The Children's Church at Lifespring caters for children from the ages of four to fourteen attending the Sunday Service with a parent (or guardian). Those under 4 have crèche facilities provided.  We aim to provide an excellent children’s programme in a safe and healthy environment where the children are discipled and nurtured.  An environment where children can flourish and grow AND have a whole lot of fun along the way!  We have committed teams of leaders and helpers who delight in leading and serving the children of Lifespring Church. 
Nativity

Programme

The programme which we use is designed to teach children what it means to follow Jesus. Each week the children cover biblical material, presented at a level appropriate to their age group. Stories are presented with use of visual aids and are followed by discussion, prayer and different activities for each class, often providing them with something to take home with them each week.

Organisation
We provide teaching for every Sunday of the School year, except when we have an All Age Family service. Teaching teams consist of 1 teacher and 1 helper to a class. A third junior helper may also help. All our leaders undergo training and adhere to our Welfare of Children Policy. We run a midweek club called “Springers" for those who go to Primary School.

Mid Week Activities:

Parent and Toddler:  Wednesdays 9.30-11.30                                   

Springers (ages 5-10):  Wednesday at 15.45

Youth (ages 11-25): Fridays at 18.30
