Leadership

Lifespring has teamed up with EQUIP, John Maxwell's organisation to provide training for our leaders and ministry team.  This will happen through a proven three-year leadership development course. EQUIP is aiming to train one million Christian leaders worldwide. We want to be part of what they are doing in order to help the expansion of the church in our area.

Here is an outline of the first part of the course:

• I have a Dream!
• Priorities and Decision making
• Cultivating People Skills in Leadership
• Strategic Planning
